It is important to us to protect personal data and responsibly handle the information provided by users of our landing page, www.amf-bruns.de. AMF-Bruns GmbH & Co. KG (AMF-Bruns) processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). As the purpose of our landing page is to provide information, personal data will only be processed to the extent necessary for the technical delivery, stability and security of the web service. 2. Visit to the landing page
When you visit our landing page, certain information may be automatically logged by the hosting service provider for technical reasons when you access the landing page (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access). This data is used solely to ensure technical operation of the website and to avert threats, and is automatically deleted after a short period of time. It is not merged with other data.
The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and usability of our website, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We only transfer personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary to provide our landing page or is required by law in this context. You also have the right to contact the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
6. No automated individual decision-making
Your personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 (1) GDPR.
